This year, the custom applicators, their partners and their managers gathered at Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario to be recognized for varying levels of Pacesetters awards. 

FSP Elmvale custom applicator Kevin Temolder was recognized for achieving Platinum status this year - the only employee to reach this level since 2017. Nick Ploeg of Sunrise Potato Storage Co. is one grower that works closely with Kevin, and was good enough to take some time to congratulate him via video message.  

This is a popular FS System award program for custom applicators and drivers, first held by FSP in 2012. The Pacesetters Awards celebrates the accomplishments of operators with over 10,000 acres in the field throughout the fiscal year. FS PARTNERS also recognizes their partners, and thank them for the support they need to get their job done throughout the year applying liquid and dry plant food, and crop protection products professionally and responsibly.

While many of our custom applicators attribute their success to a hard working team that performs well together, they concede that it also requires their commitment and attention to detail to not just get the job done, but get it done right.
